Born and raised in Minot Hannah became affiliated with the hospitality industry in 2010, when she started working at the Sleep Inn & Suites. In 2013 she transitioned to Assistant General Manager of the Comfort Suites and was part of the opening team. In 2014 Hannah returned to the Sleep Inn & Suites as the Front Desk Manager, later working in Sales & Marketing, and then General Manager in 2016. Hannah became the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express in September 2018. Hannah is a proud mother to one daughter and enjoys rec volleyball, golfing, and spending time outdoors. Hannah stays active in her community as she volunteers with the Lunch Pals program through Companions for Children, teaches the 5-year olds at her church, represents the Chamber through the Ambassadors Committee, and has partook on mission trips with Habitat for Humanity. Hannah has been the acting Vice President of the Minot Innkeeper’s Association for the 2018-2019 years, prior to transitioning into the role of President.
Phyllis was born, raised, and educated in the Minot area. After graduating she moved to New York City and worked for a stock brokerage company on Wall Street. She later returned to Minot and began her career in finance, advancing to VP of Retail Services at Midwest Federal Savings Bank. After working 18 years in banking, Phyllis made a career change and moved into hospitality as the General Manager for the Fairfield Inn of Minot. Loving the hospitality industry, she accepted an opportunity to manage the Choice Hotels Call Center in Minot as Sr. Director of Operations & Sales. She traveled the world leading sales, customer service, and out-service partnerships for 15 years until the business decision was made to move operations abroad. Phyllis held the position of Executive Director for the Minot Convention & Visitors Bureau for five years and is currently the Director of Sales for the Minot Staybridge Suites. Throughout her career, Phyllis has served on numerous boards and has been an active community member. She has been an Ambassador of the Minot Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years. Phyllis is married and together they have three sons and one granddaughter. They love to travel whenever possible to see their family in Colorado and Las Vegas and make their annual trip to Disney World.
Amber Street was born and raised in Oklahoma. Amber committed the early years of her career working within the worship community. Amber was the worship leader for various ministries spreading the word of the Lord through song. Amber’s hospitality career started in 2011 when she became the Assistant General Manager of Big Dipper Housing. This is when Amber realized her second passion was for the hospitality industry. Amber worked at Big Dipper housing until the opportunity with La Quinta Inn & Suites and Baymont came along. She is currently the General Manager of Expressway Suites where she has built a strong reputation in the community as a person who can be trusted and admired. She believes in developing strong relationships that is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. Although Amber has only lived in the Minot area since 2011, she considers Minot home. Minot is where her three boys live along with her boyfriend and his son. Amber likes to travel to warmer weather in her off time and enjoys spending time at sporting events with her boys.
